9–20
A minibus and driver, one hotel per stop, private dinners and exclusive-use experiences start to make sense.
21+
Coach and guide, group-rate hotels, chartered cruises and venues. We split the group where an experience has a cap.

Your organiser deals with one planner. Individual travellers can still upload their own passports and details to the trip file.
